The (+) plan includes free access to join live all Wednesday classes, and having unlimited access to the recording of these classes. When you are part of the Monthly Membership, access to the recordings never expires, so you can train as many times as you would like anytime, anywhere!

This is the basic plan and it is ideal for anyone, who wants to enjoy a variety of curated classes. Classes range from flexibility & beginner contortion trainings to tutorials and stretching routines. 
Zohar.Yoga.Flex classes will not only help you to improve your flexibility, but also enhance your life quality by:

- Increasing your body awareness

The biggest misconception is that there is age limit to become flexible, or even get your splits; and that, only flexible people should stretch. Both wrong. If you stay consistent, and learn the technique, you can improve your flexibility anytime, anywhere, no matter your age and gender!

This plan is ideal for anyone, who wants to embrace a consistent flexibility practice by joining the online weekly classes, or practicing the recordings. In addition, you will have access to all the classes that are included in the Monthly Membership plan.
Joining Zohar's weekly online group classes will help you working with Zohar and getting her direct feedback on your posture. The recordings will also help you to redo the class as many times as you want, and to quickly improve your full body flexibility.

With Zohar's trainings you do not only become more flexible, but stronger and more in tune with your own body. This translates in performing better at other sports, feeling more energised and having a pain free life.
