Yes! Twice-monthly live trainings for Get Fit & Bendy Members (with replays). I also host one open YouTube livestream each month — the replay is available to Member First.
Q: I’m a beginner. Where do I start?
Start with a free YouTube class or a 30-Day Challenge. When you’re ready for to learn more and progress in your flexibility and movement, join Members or book a private session.
Q: Do I need to have a certain type of body to start?
No at all — flexibility training is for every body.
If you're brand new, try my Stretching & Yoga playlist on my YouTube channel or book a 1:1 session to learn the basics safely.
Q: Do you teach in Spanish?
Yes — I have a dedicated YouTube playlist with Spanish classes, and Spanish-friendly sessions are labelled clearly.
