About the 30-Day Split Challenge: From foundation building to progressive intensity, we will learn to properly do all the splits (front, middle and straddle), correct our alignment and build the right muscle memory. The class, together with its instruction, can be sent on a daily basis if you request it during the sign up. In addition, you will have the possibility to share with Zohar your concerns, your splits and get her direct advice. This is a truly unique opportunity to create that momentum you need to get motivated to work in your splits!
Equipment needed: a yoga mat, minimum 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, resistance band (closed loop) and a foam roller. Have a chair nearby or couch nearby, and a wall.
