This class is the continuation of our beginner friendly Chest Stand routine. Through the use of the couch, we are going to get deeper in the pose; learn to transfer from Chin to Chest Stand; and continue working in our breathing. This class is ideal for anyone that is learning to chest stand, or needs to improve the alignment.
