Terms & Conditions

Group Classes

  • Full payment is mandatory prior to the class to save your spot. 

  • Cancellations before 24h get full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24h there is no refund provided. 

  • In case of illness, student can rebook his/her session to another date. Rebooking is allowed for one date. If student does not show up to the class, there is no refund provided.

Private Coaching

  • Full payment is mandatory prior to the class to save your spot. 

  • Cancellations before 24h get full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24h receive half of the amount refund. 

  • In case of illness, student can rebook his/her session to another date. Rebooking is allowed for one date. If student would cancel again, there is no refund provided.

 

Workshops

  • The payment is binding, no refund applicable.

  • The spot is transferable to another student.

Intensives with external coaches

  • 50% of the payment is binding, no refund applicable, unless you transfer your spot to another student.

  • Cancellations 1 month before the start of the intensive get 50% refund.

  • Cancellations 2 weeks before the start of the intensive get 15% refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations after 2 weeks.

  • The spot is transferable to another student.
