This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the fundamental techniques used in flexibility training to help your body become more open, strong, and mobile. Instead of simply holding stretches, you’ll learn how to approach flexibility with structure and awareness, combining mobility drills, active flexibility, and strength work that supports long-term progress. The session focuses on building a limber and resilient body, improving overall range of motion while learning how to train safely and effectively. This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to start improving their flexibility, deepen their movement practice, or understand how flexibility training really works. No previous flexibility experience is required.
