About the 30-Day Feet Flexibility Challenge: From foundation building to progressive intensity, we will learn to properly work in our feet flexibility. This include pasive and active flexibility technique for the toes and arch, and overall feet and ankle mobility. The class, together with its instruction, it will be sent on a daily basis to everyone that signed up to the challenge. In addition, you will have the possibility to share with Zohar your concerns, your splits and get her direct advice. This is a truly unique opportunity to create momentum and get that beautiful pointe!
Equipment needed: a yoga mat, 1 yoga block, a tennis ball or lacrosse ball, resistance band (not closed loop, wide) and a pen. Have a chair nearby.
