About the 30-Day Backbends Challenge: From foundation building to progressive intensity, we will learn how to safely backbend and progress. During the first weeks we will correct our alignment and build the right muscle memory. By signing up to this challenge, you will get the classes, and further infos, as daily notifications per email. In addition, you will have the possibility to share with Zohar your concerns, your progress and get her direct advice. 

This is a truly unique opportunity to create momentum and kick off or continue with you backbend practice!

Equipment needed: a yoga mat, minimum 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, resistance band (closed loop), lacrosse ball/tennis ball and a foam roller. Have a chair/couch nearby.
