Breathing, or Pranayama as we know it in the yoga practice, is our bridge between mind and body. It helps us to connect with each muscle, each movement and help opening the body and resetting the mind. Both yoga and flexibility are strongly focused on breathing. In the classes we focus therefore on the breath, while learning to strengthen and lengthen the body. Yoga and flexibility classes are in small groups to ensure students learn the correct alignment of the asanas and stretching techniques - and ensure they enjoy a healthy practice.

All levels Ashtanga Vinyasa inspired yoga class combining Flexibility technique exercises. 

Sign up: Online. Payment via TWINT, REVOLUT or BANK TRANSFER. Unless you buy the abo, then payment is through website. When you sign up you will receive an email with more details and once the payment goes through, your spot is confirmed.

* 2G+ needed to participate in the class. 

We will work on strengthening and lengthening the body, starting with Pranayama practice (e.g. Nadi Shodhana) followed by Sun Salutations, Ashtanga vinyasa's primary series asanas and mobility exercises. Depending on your level, Zohar will give you a modification of the pose. BEGINNERS are more than welcomed!
