About Zohar

Zohar is a yoga teacher and flexibility coach for adults with a decade of experience. She lives between Zürich and Bilbao, where she organises group classes, workshops and gives private coaching. She also fully organises from scratch retreats around the globe. Based on her vast experience in Event Management, she also organises intensives and retreats for other teachers.

In yoga, she combines elements of the Ashtanga Vinyasa with mobility & pilates exercises, unlocking safely the range of motion of the student. Depending on the age of the group and objectives of the school, she will readjust the flow to meet the needs of the students. For example, creating a flow focused on breathing and restoring the mind & body.

In flexibility, Zohar studies the anatomy and range of motion of the student, in order to create the best training plan and give targeted exercises to meet the needs of the person. She is specialised training adults, since these require a different approach than kids. She mixes techniques from Mongolian Contortion, Active Flexibility and Functional Training, learned throughout the years working with world wide renown Contortion and Flexibility Coaches.
